3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Atraye believes in providing excellent customer service and has adopted a fair and transparent cancellation policy.
Cancellations are accepted only if the request is made within the same day of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been processed and dispatched to the vendor or courier service.
Orders for perishable items such as flowers or eatables are non-cancellable. However, a refund or replacement may be issued if the product quality is found to be unsatisfactory upon valid proof.
If you receive damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team within the same day of receiving the product. The request will be reviewed once the merchant verifies the issue.
If you feel that the product received is not as described or does not meet your expectations, please contact our Customer Service team within the same day of receiving the product. The team will investigate the issue and take an appropriate decision.
For complaints related to products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, customers must contact the manufacturer directly.
For refunds approved by Atraye, it may take 3 to 5 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to the customer’s account.
4. Shipping & Delivery Policy
For international buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or international speed post.
For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post.
Orders are generally shipped within 0–7 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery timelines depend on courier or postal service norms.
Atraye is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities. Our obligation is limited to dispatching the consignment within 0–7 days from the order date and payment or as agreed during confirmation.
All orders will be delivered to the address specified by the buyer during checkout. Delivery confirmation will be sent to the email ID provided during registration.
